For particular applications in community toilets in offices, meeting rooms, schools, swimming pools, sports complexes, etc., we offer sanitary partitions and/or cubicles. Their finish benefits from a lovely look, it is very functional and therefore convivial in premises which, through their nature, must meet particular requirements.

The EUROCLOISON® SANI system consists of totally prefabricated separation partitions. These partitions have the particular quality to be able to be used in humid spaces. They are fully erected using materials which are resistant to humidity and subsequently, they are resistant to corrosion or mould. A few fields of application of these partitions are changing cubicles in swimming pools and sports halls, separation partitions in public building toilets, shower cubicles and various other uses.

In EUROCLOISON® SANI partitions, panels of COMPACT stratified type are used. These are solid, decorative and self-supporting panels, synthetically manufactured with a cellulose fibre base, impregnated with thermosetting synthetic resin. On either side, a stratified finishing layer covers them, white or grey standard colour (see our colour card for other colours). The compression of various components under high pressure and at a high temperature, gives a homogenous assembly. In the standard format, they are 13mm-thick. All the angles are bevelled.

The height of the sanitary partitions is 2050mm (SANI-A) and 2015 (SANI-B) measured from the floor. All the partitions have, over the whole of their length, a round, stabilising profile with a 36mm diameter (SANI-A) or a 55 x 35mm rectangular profile (SANI-B). For wall connectors and the connection of partitions to one another, we use painted U-shaped profiles. Nylon feet, 150mm high and 33mm in diameter, support the panels. The height of the feet is adjustable to +/- 15mm in height. A finishing rose hides the screws there.

COMPACT stratified type panels identical to fixed panels form the doors. Regarding assembly, either the doors are applied in a bracket, or they are applied in the same way as the partition panels. The doors include three hinges, a fixed door knob and a free/engaged lock with red and green occupied light on the outer face of the door and a locking handle inside. All the hardware components are made of nylon. The fixings are concealed. The standard width of a cubicle door is 61cm. Of course, other door widths are available.

Whether the SANI-A partition or the SANI-B partition, there are accessories also in a STAINLESS STEEL finish.
